After booking, you should receive a confirmation email.

Prior to your appointment, you should receive an email with a code to enter the door.

Download the app and turn on location services.

At your appointment time, hold the app, with your location services on, next to the door lock. The lock should open and be usable during your paid time slot. After your time has expired, the lock will no longer work.
