We’re opening the studio on April 11th from 2pm-6pm. for 15 min. studio sessions. Reserve a time slot to use the studio to snap some sweet memories.

USES OF THE BUILDING
photography
The building serves as a photography studio for rent by the hour. The wall of west facing windows in the front room provide ample natural light for photography sessions. Covered with light filtering drapes, the west windows radiate beautiful golden hour glow. The studio includes wall mounted paper rolls, a rolling wall, various props, curtained dressing room and bathroom.
parties
The building provides a serene, private setting for small private events. The building includes 1400 square feet and has a table and chair setup for 24 people. Rental Includes a full size refrigerator, kitchenette, wall mounted countertops and seating area.
pop-up events
The building provides a variety of rooms and settings for pop-up events, from classes, shopping, fitness, meetings, podcast studio—the possibilities are endless. See the building layout below for room sizes to plan events.
bridal party get ready space
Our studio offers a chic, comfortable, and private setting for brides and their bridal parties to relax and get ready. With plenty of natural light, multiple full length mirrors, floor space to spread out, a private restroom, garmet rack, privacy and ample space for multiple hair and makeup stations, our studio is the ideal spot to start your wedding day. The seating area offers a perfect place to relax, spread out food and drinks and enjoy time with your girls while you get ready. Pretty lighting and clean white backgrounds allow you to capture beautiful photos of the day in a serene and private space.
