The Studio is a private event venue offering more than 1,400 square feet of flexible space for gatherings of all kinds. Whether you're hosting a class, meeting, celebration, or special event, the thoughtfully designed layout provides both functionality and charm.

The main event room measures 14' × 50' and features soaring 12-foot ceilings with beautifully preserved original historic tin. A wall of west-facing windows, draped with light-filtering sheer curtains for privacy, fills the space with abundant natural light and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The main room flows seamlessly into a comfortable lounge area with a sofa, countertop seating, and a television—perfect for relaxing, serving refreshments, or socializing with guests.

Adjacent to the lounge is a versatile workspace featuring a kitchenette,  countertop space, a full-size refrigerator, and a private curtained dressing room with two full-length mirrors. This area also provides plenty of room for catering, food service, or vendor setup. A private restroom completes the space while complementing the building's historic character.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown York, Nebraska, The Studio is just minutes from I-80, Highway 81, and Highway 34, making it easily accessible for both local and out-of-town guests.
