What are the rates for reserving the space?

The space rents for $60 per hour. This gives full, private access to the entire space. There is a discount for each additional hour rented with a significant discount for renting by the day and half-day.

How much time should i book?

Setup and cleanup are your responsibility. Please allow time for both in your chosen booking time. Please respect other users by promptly arriving and leaving on time. A $30 late fee will be accessed for running over time.

What AMENITIES are included?

  • Private access to the entire space.

  • Wi-fi

  • Backdrop stand and clips

  • White reflector screen

  • Wall mounted countertops, stools and workspace

  • Seating area

  • Husky worktable (24” by 60”) adjustable height

When is the studio available?

The studio is open from 8am to 9pm, seven days a week. Special arrangements may be made outside of those hours upon request. Please email hello@712studio.com to make those arrangements.

What equipment is included in the rental?

A bar for hanging back drops, paper rolls and clips. The paper roll bar holds up to a 9’ roll. Please bring your own paper. A white reflector screen is included, several stools and gold framed mirror. There is a seating area with a sofa, rug and coffee table as well.

Please bring your own props.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on the downtown streets and several city parking lots close to the building.
